not quite sure if I am in the right forum but I need to start somewhere, I acquired this patch some years ago with some RAD items, the thread is silver and not white, can anyone identify it please,

Are you serious ? Are you color blind ? Once again . It Is Not HJ ... LOOK at the color backig on the HJ riders badge ???? Does it not look YELLOW to you .
If the badge is anything it is most likely POLICE . Some of you out there need to really do your research before taking the word of a few people as GOSPEL .

Certainly police even though the backing color is a little off...mayby pre TR?
or if it was found with RAD insignia maybe they also used this type of proficiancy badge? backing is RAD color!
