You are true for the NSDAP armband!
But for the collar patches it's no obligatoire for the PL who were in France (Alsace / Moselle) because there were "Anwärter" (candidat).
Few tunic found in Moselle or Alsace have collar patches!
A other Pl tunic member of "Kreisleitung" find in Colmar (France)





Any collar patches but the classic NSDAP Armband
