- in the south of the Netherlands (between Venlo and Eindhoven), near the German and Belgium border
Suchlike tunics or blouses - with a somewhat darker colored collar - were in general known as "Geländesportanzug der Führerschulen", so a field-training uniform, worn at (leaders)-schools.
The worn cap is known as "Schuldienstmütze für Sportschulen", also known as "SA-Übungsmütze" (for schools and camps) and as such was worn at schools for motor-sport-training for the
SA and also (with appropriate insigna) at NSKK motor-sportschools.
Looking at the early pattern eagle it is practically sure these boys were trained at the "Hauptmotorportschule", which became known as the "Motorsportschule der HJ" at Arnstadt in Thuringia.
This motor-sportschool was during the NSKK-period taken over, subordinated and supervised by the NSKK, but coordinated by HY leaders. Looking at the leaders such sort of school felt under the NSKK,
as they already do wear the larger eagle with their headgear. I think the caps worn, came from old SA-stocks!Last edited by wilhelm Saris; 03-15-2013, 01:38 PM.
