According to the RZM license code number on the reverse of each badge, the makers were:
Upper badge: Max Kremhelmer, München
Lower left badge: Foerster & Barth, Pforzheim
Lower right badge: Fritz Zimmermann, Stuttgart
I make no statement as to the originality of any of these three badges -- hopefully some of our other colleagues here will add that important content -- I am only providing a response to your question as to manufacturer, based upon the code number on each badge. Hope this is helpful,

IMO the M1/3 looks a bit weird albeit the placing of the mm is good. Could just be the picture. Other two are good without any question.
