        Gentlemen, provided it measures 22mm in width I believe it to be the standard shoulder board for NSKK ranks Sturmmann to Obertruppfuhrer.

            It's a wider variation (slip-on construction) of a standard NSKK board.

            (1) For Germany based NSKK: the black waffen farbe is a Berlin area unit if I remember correctly,
            but this color was also adopted by;
            (2) foreigners: "De Vlag" members of Belgian (Flemish) NSKK used black on their NSKK Reg. Luftwaffe uniforms.
            (3) Also NSKK transport Brigade Speer/Todt wore generic black, as opposed to a gebiets farbe (area branch color).
            Later when they split from NSKK and became the independent TKS they adopted wider Heer style shoulder straps.

            Its a nice overcoat shoulderstrap of (1) (2) or (3) and could have been used also as a slip-on for a LW fliegerbluse for (2)!
            I would be interested in it!

            Example of such boards on a tunic for (3)
