          The Fourth Reich?

          Whoever dreamed up this absurd piece of kitsch at least has a sense of humor. I think this psychedelic pseudo rubber stamp could be available through a dollar store or sales catalog of Satiric Charlie Chaplin gag gifts.

            Unless the photo in your note #1 is flopped, the swaz beneath the eagle on the column is backwards...which confirms all that our colleagues below have stated!
