Let's see your Golden Party badge groups

Would be nice to share photos of your Golden Party Pin groups.
Incl. Badges, Award Document, Party books.
Wonder how many such groups are still out.

Would like to show my group with the story behind it.
Herr Kießling was after the war our first city mayor.
He also invented the first SS reunion ralleys in our city Bad Windsheim, a very well known city name for SS reunions. He was also during war the local RAD leader.

Many years ago (roughly 10) in a local auction house I was lucky to get his large and small Golden Party badges, with his partybook and the one of his father.

Then I found one collector who has his RAD leader dagger, the collector died and I tried friendly to get the dagger but no chance till know as the sons don´t want to get anything out.

Last week I went to the Kassel show. On wednesday I walked and talked around at the show. Then I stopped at a show case and just looked and then thought that cannot be.

There behind the glass the rest of the group from Kiesling.
    - the first party booklet from 26 with original sign from AH
    - early Unterführer ID (SS Motorstandarten ID, rare one)
    - his awards document for the golden party badge
    - one other large party badge from him with the army style pin

to complete a group on such away ... have no words for it then pure luck luck ...

    enjoy

When looking at a set like this, words like "fantastic" and "unbelievable" come easily to mind! You are quite lucky, Robert, and we thank you for sharing this fabulous set with us!

Perhaps it's a coincidence, but I note that GPB #37045 was held by Karl Kießling who was an SS-Untersturmführer...possibly a relative?

Spectacular, thank you for sharing both the images and the amazing story behind these beautiful badges Robert.

You are most certainly a very fortunate individual.

I'm so pleased that when I was looking at the second half of this set I didn't buy it or else rob might not have seen it and put it all together . Not a cheap group by any means believe me. Great Rob just lovely.

                    Hi Jon,

Good to hear from you ;-)
That is why I traded it as I don't like to hand over cash in this range.
Anyhow, this was kind of no matter what.
Jon, next show we have to go out together once.

                    Regards,
                    Robert
