    NSKK Armband??

    Guys,
Got this armband awhile ago. Tha ink stamp was thought to be for a Motor School. If so, wouldn`t the person wearing this be considered part of the NSKK thus making this a NSKK armband? Thanks for any info

      I would say:
      Motorsportschule Rheindahlen
Maybe SA and if okay, I don't know!

So if it is from a Motorsportschule, wouldn`t that be part of the NSKK?

All motor-sportschools from the SA became an NSKK motor-sportschool with the date with an order (Korpsbefehl Nr.1) from the NSKK-Korpsführer from September 17, 1934:
Die Motor-SA-Schulen führen künftig den Namen Motorsportschulen des NSKK.

In my documentation I see now the official difference of writing. The armband so is guessed for the NSKK. But why this NSKK abbreviation is not included, I do not know??

              Nskk

OK, just did some research on the NSKK. If I`ve got my info straight, the NSKK was originally the SA Motorsports until 1934 when it became the NSKK. So this armband is probably SA, pre 1934, with whoever owned it going into the NSKK and trading in this armband for a standard NSKK one?? One would think??

Not exactly: the motor-SA was incorporated within the NSKK-organization, which in fact was an organization for trucks. The SA motor-units were taken from the SA and were combined with that, becoming a new NSKK.
At the motor-sportschools from the SA they did wear the same uniform as worn later at the NSKK motor-sportschools.

The armband itself on its own is not an NSKK one just a standard party band worn by a member of the NSKK, the SA/NSKK stamped theyre armbands on the outer part, usually over the roundal, Sean
