Eagle: fake or good ?

Hi Gents,
I came across this political eagle. My feeling about it is not really good, though the details are not ugly. I would like to know if it's a good quality fake or an original.

Hi Alex and welcome among us!

I see what you mean about this piece, though I hasten to add that eagles are not a focused area of study in my experience. The condition looks almost too sharp, though the detail of the head seems faint. No RZM code that I could see on the reverse. Hopefully JC will see your note and give his opinion; there are a number of others here who also have great experience with cap eagles.

Thanks a lot for your comment. In fact, the head is not beautiful, and I have some doubt on Hacken Kreuz too. The fact that the eagle doesn't have RZM marks unfortunately not discriminating, 'cause there're also original unmarked.
Personally I am beginning to believe that it's a fake, but I wanted some confirmation before throwing it in trash...
