RZM marked Overhoff/Cie belt, NSKK?

Hi guys, is this a NSKK belt? Does anyone know what organization this might have been for? The buckle is slightly smaller than a normal WH/LW TR claw buckle belt.

Could be NSKK or DAF, or all "political" formation wearing black leather gear

Thank you sir, much appreciated! Is this a "daily wear" belt and the belts with buckles that have NSKK/RAD/ETC logos would have been for parade? Most photos I see have members of these political organizations wearing buckles with NSKK/RAD logos, is it an earlier belt? Thanks!
