NSDAP Amtsleiter Shoulder Board ?

As part of a large lot of insignia I have been given I am posting some items I have questions about...and insignia is not my area of knowleadge.

Is this is NSDAP Amtsleiter Shoulder Board and is it authentic ? Any idea of year of issue ?

I will probably end up selling it and I want to make I am being correct.

the brown board appears too dark, it should be lighter. is it the camera or is it really that dark? also the cross stitching on the silver cord is not like any I have seen before, period ones don't have this

Hello Jeff...thanks for the reply.

The brown is a little darker in person....the photo is a tad bright.

The cross stitching is really tight...integrated under the inner layer of cord and I do not think this would be an easy thing to do.

I will post some new photos later today.
