In my opinion and as far as I know this member from the Dutch Motor-WA is wearing the insignia, known as:
NSKK-Motor-WA -Trouw-Eereteken,
a special honor badge for loyalty.

"Östliche Vordere Ehren Abzeichen für Nederländischen Freiwillingen der NSKK"
This is a hotchpotch of mixed German and Dutch. Where Whamond got that expression I don't know! Not as such mentioned in Angolia (333).

What "Vordere" means here I do not know, as the word "vordere" means front (front view); in German "die Front". "Nederländischen" should be "niederländischen".

Maybe Jabnus or some other Dutch WAF-member can check for the word from an old source!

We in our country simply call this badge: Trouw teken, a sign of loyalty.
All other fuss is invented by others that do not know its name!
