help to locate a HJ bann

Could anybody tell me what Bann is the number 241 in the HJ?

241 = Oberbergisch with headquarters at Gummersbach from West Köln-Aachen since 1939. From late 1933 through early 1939 it was West Mittelrhein.
All the information about HJ-Bann numbers you can find in my "Handbook of the Hitler-Jugend", published by Bender Publishing in 2009.
