unknown blue lanyard - Hitler Youth ?

Can anyone identify this one for me? Came in a mixed grouping that contained some Canadian items as well as some Imperial German stuff. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

would say it's Imperial shooter lanyard used before 1918 and the 3rd Reich

What about the first award shooting lanyard for the German navy? Third Reich it is!
It is shown in "Aiguillettes of the Third Reich", page 586, written by me and published at Bender Publishing. The same page shows this lanyard also in wear.
