Full Gauleiter Collar Tab from Vet Grouping

this is the first time i ever had a Gauleiters collar tab, i wish it was in bullion and a set, but ill have to settle for this one.

A very rare tab in excellent condition! You can find its mate via Peter Whamond's The Collector's Guild; Pete has the opposite tab, with RZM tag intact...though the gilt metalwork on his example is not as fine as yours. I believe your tab is for the right lapel, though tailors often fitted them to the collar in reverse order, depending on the cut of the tunic's collar.

Thanks for the help, your right about the collectors guild tab it would be a great match. Hopefully next week i may get the other side?,i got a nice little vet group today and the family says they have more!! Im keeping my fingers crossed.In the group i got a near mint bronze sa war wounded sports badge best one i ever had or seen!! Thanks for kind comments.

Thanks im very happy to own it, i always wanted one and was able to get one out of the woodwork.A member was nice enough to contacted me and told me there was only one Gauleiter who wore this patten in metal, his name was Paul Wagener can anybody conferm this?

Yes I can confirm that Wegener did indeed wear this type of tab and I have a nice photo closeup of him wearing it.
