Eagle Order ?

Hello all,

Any opinions on these eagles, do they look like Godet to you?

The enamel around the swastikas looks to be lacking in quality IMO.

IMO an original Godet 3 Stufe without swords which has been touched up with cream-coloured enamel paint around the swastikas and reverse center.
