NSDAP Dienstauszeichnung in silver for review!

Gents,
Thank you for taking a look. Can anyone tell me if this is an authentic piece and if so the approximate value in current condition. I picked this up today at a Flea market in Germany. IMO its %100 authentic and in excellent condition but I must yield to the experts.

As you can see the MM of M1/120 which I believe is attributed to Wilhelm Deumer from Ludensheid….can anyone confirm? Thank you in advance for your opinions.

Thank you for the responses. Can anyone comment on what may be a fair value? I am more into Army Badges so I may post it on the E Stand, although I really like it. The limited research I have done have a wide range of prices and most were not as complete or in as good of condition IMO.
