I've never seen an authentic plaque produced like this. The eagle is almost silly looking!

The plaque on the left is a fake for sure and most probably the other one is too. It's a copy of one done by Arno Breker in cast iron.

It looks like the Fuhrer is sporting a full moustache on the left one.
I know, it's a cast of his WWI game face transposed on a later model plaque.
The eagle does look like a squacking squab.
