Well, having seen this piece from the reverse -- see my comment on your other thread about this eagle -- I am not encouraged to think better of it from this view. IMO it appears to be a modern recasting, perhaps of an even earlier recasting, and it has lost most of whatever detail it had originally had. And the paint job doesn't help it one bit. Not for me...

It IS a reproduction, no doubt.
The faker hasn't been smart enough to add in the holes where it would be normally screwed in, or lugs if need be. The details are wrong and font type incorrect.
