VDA donation badges

Like the WHW, DJH, DRK and other organisations, the VDA distributed a wide variety of donation badges during their charity drives. During the course of the Third Reich, they distributed over 1200 different badges, postcards, figures etc. I have included a few images from my collection in the wiki entry on the VDA.

From 1934 to 1939 the VDA distributed a collection of 58 small, mostly metal, donation badges. The collection was called Städtewappen auslandsdeutscher Städte (Town coats of arms of German expatriate towns). I am including a wiki link to each town, as you may be surprised at the extent of German expatriates
