    It's political, its less than a couple hundred and I love it! thread

    Okay guys lets have some fun with a 'not expensive or of high value ,but worth more to me! Thread.
    I'll start with this collar tab that came attached to the photograph of its previous owner. Plundered from his villa by a GI who stayed there during the march through Germany. Wrongly identified as an SS officer,unless he became an SS officer later,maybe there were some SS items in the same house?

      Hmmmm, the pips on the photo have a different distance to the litze than the pips on the collar tab

          Well its been on forevor,a very long time, so maybe its from another uniform.

          Mil- It was over a couple hundred so not relevant to this thread

              I agree, Jon, that this tab must be from another uniform of an SA-Sturmbannführer...but in that case, there is really nothing that ties this tab to the photo except that the tab came attached to the photo.
