HJ Shooting pin

This is the same size as a NSDAP Party Badge. I have seen these over the years and never really paid any attention to them. It's crossed rifles with a HJ diamond all in a target bullseye. The back looks old, looks right, has an RZM, but I am not sure. Real or fake?
