what do you think about this wall plaque ?

I see many differences with the model on the wall plaques of Sarris (p348).

Is this enamel on sheet metal ? Doesn't look like it, at least where the paint is flaking.

With the regular font, I'd guess this might be a later issue.

Or maybe fiberboard. So why would Emaillierwerk Segor from Danzig-Langfuhr be the maker ? Or were they so short of metal that it had to be substituted ? Would support the theory this to be a late issue.
