While I don't recognize the mark on this piece, it appears to be from a porcelain works that was in business prior to 1918 and operated under royal license. The shape of the crown within the mark is akin to the Bavarian monarchy much more than that of the Prussian, and the use of blue is reminiscent of the Bavarian colors, as well. Not very much to go on, but I am happy to share my thoughts with you. Good luck,

You're quite welcome, Gerome, and sorry that I cannot provide more detailed assistance; porcelain is not an area of our hobby that I have studied closely or have much experience in. There is a specialist whose website comes to mind, though I cannot recall the name or the web address...! Perhaps someone else here can offer that information?
