I have searched for which gruppe this pair is made for, but without success..
Could anyone help me ?

Without my list to hand they look like Oberrhein, though, that piping is VERY yellow, can we see the reverse please, Sean

I believe these would be a fairly scarce wartime set of Marine SA tabs, assuming the wool is navy blue and the embroidery is yellow. Once the underlay of the shoulderboards was changed to reflect the SA specialty unit (cavalry, signals, marine, Fuß, etc.) the anchor insignia was no longer needed but the piping and the embroidery were done in yellow.
