i bought a stack of ten of these tied together in a bundle at a hermann historica auction in 1992. price $10.00. i thought at the time that someone found a bunch of the arrows by themselves and applied them to the funky felt-like carmine. the arrows had been stitched over the standard cardboard template. (i cut one tab apart to have a look at it.) the backing under the ocher-colored paint was a bright white plastic type material if i recall correctly. interesting to see them re-surface.
