Thanks for the reactions, im very happy with it. Unfortunately i don't have a name and think it will be very hard to find out who it belonged to. Like everyone im hoping that one day the correct lists for the second pattern will surface.

Im not sure about the awarding date. Any more information would be most appreciated.

Thanks for the kind reactions guys, it's my favorite medal and i always dreamt of owning one. Due to healthproblems i had to wait a little longer before it arrived me, but a friend helped me out and it was well worth the wait.

Jon, yes it has been in collectorshands before, as you maybe know it's also published in Angolia's For Fuhrer And Fatherland Political book (one of my favorite books of all time) in the second edition.
