It looks like Italian emblems with a swastika.

I can't comment on originality or if it relates to a specific organisation though.

It's an Indian or Pakistani made copy of a British Army bugle with fake insignia. These can be found with all sorts of insignia attached--Wells Fargo, 7th Cavalry, SA eagles, HJ eagles, etc. The design is different than the German models.
