Unsual Hitler "Konig" 1934 medal

Hello guys,
Picked this up out of estate yesterday, cigar box full of stuff from vet supposedly. Had typical items, shooting awards and such but this one is interesting, dont know if it was supposed to be a medal or made into one but appears to have heavy silver content and nicely struck. Identification would be greatly appreciated.
