Hi guys have hit a brick wall here .I need to find out about diffrent L markings for RZM stamped leather goods.Such as belts and straps and the like.Not after LDO numbers.Must be RZM stamped leather goods what were all the .Diffrent L numbers for.Please help ime stuck.My best regards

As JoeW said, the L-codes from the RZM. They were in 1935 published in the "Handbuch der Reichszeugmeisterei":
Group 2 - Lederzeugfabriken (leather wear manufacturers);
Group 5 - Riemenfabrieken (belt manufacturers);
Group 6 - Sturzhelmfabriken (crash helmet manufacturers).
All together some hundreds (over 300) of companies were listed in the handbook.Comment

You need to buy the 4 editions of "Fisher´s Quick Reference". All RZM codes are listed there. Enclosed a shot from the book. The books are not cheap, but are a priceless ressource. I have bought mine from Paul (Lakesidetrader) a few years ago for $180 I think. Maybe just google the book title and get your copies
