Collar patch ID help request

Hi,
Can anybody ID these collar patches? I have no idea as they don't seem to be SS or political. Any ideas?

They are for a forestry official "ranked" Revierförster. The brown patch color identifies forestry officals of the Private Forestry Service. [Privatforstdienst]
