Hi Waffendude

What you have there is the emblem from a NSKOV (National Sozialistische Kriegsopferversorung" flagbearers gorget. Looks as if the 4 screwposts were broken when it was removed from the schield

Compare with this pic. I would guess this is a scarcer version, that's why you haven't seen one.
