Definitely Marine SA. The official insignia was with bullion or metal wreath and metal eagle, but there are a few period portraits showing the wear of a bullion eagle with bullion wreath.
Are there any photos in which you can see this specific insignia?

Those are called zipfels in German.

In a catalogue from the early 1930's from the concern of Steinhauer & Lück these hangers were phrased as "Uhrenanhänger" and felt in the category "Hakenkreuz-Abzeichen". They were made for practically all kinds of organizations and unions, as SA, gymnastics and other sports.
In a cataloque from the concern of Wilhelm Deumer they were phrased as "Bier-, Wein- und Sektzipfel". It was specifically noted they were made with various symbols as for the Jungdeutscher Orden, Stahlhelm, Deutscher Turnerbund and with swastika's. They were often used to hang on watches and kinds of stuff!

Yes, there are other pics with the same guy with the dagger in full view. It is an SA dagger but I would say with a black scabbard like an NSKK dagger.

The marine SA dagger does have a black scabbard (and handle). Metal parts being gilt.

Thanks Dion. Did not realize they were at Laboe memorial.

In one photo the dagger scabbard looks like the standard brown one as it's lighter colored than the grip. In another, it does appear dark.
