What type of eagle did Hitler wear on his uniforms? Specially made for him or a common type? Any original tunics of his out there?

Yes, the photos is of Steve Wolf's collection.

I believe the eagle Hitler wore on his wartime uniforms were specially made for him. I think some have survived the war but I'm not sure at the moment.

Hitler's eagle was gold on black and would have looked much like a Navy officer's eagle...I'm not positive which way it was looking, though, and I assume it would have been of high detail and quality...

Hitlers shoulder eagle??

I am submitting this as possibly one of Hitlers authentic uniform or leather great coat eagles....I have posted this prior,and got it in chicago when i was about 12 or 13. I have brought up this subject , and NO one has yet to have proof otherwise, yeah lots of summizing, but nothing concrete, and nothing that appears any closer to ones in photos Im sure the photo freaks can post. (photos of , that is) It seems similar to a Heer Eagle, but is different. Until an authentic proof positive Hitler uniform eagle is shown, this looks exactly like the ones worn on his left shoulder , so lets see one fellows....bet nobody can top this one with a closer example or a provenanced original .
