    Mike Miller has advised that the second volume will be out before end of the fall this year. Bender as well as confirmed this. It will not disappoint believe me.

          The last I heard from Mike Miller, Bender Publishing had nearly finished their work to create this new volume. But then Roger Bender died this past January and I haven't heard any news about whether this book, or "Military Advisor" magazine, or any of the long list their Bender publications will continue to be available. This is a great tragedy for our hobby, as all here will agree, I'm sure! What a loss Roger Bender is to all of us!

          May Roger rest in peace, in the knowledge of how well-regarded he was.
