No comments so far!! after a little research I have found the hallmarks 830 S is the silver content and LO is maker, Brodrene Lohne of Bergen Norway circa 1918 to present any help as to its authenticity would be appreciated.

It's a police eagle, but no idea if it was period applied. The eagle has nice detail, but doesn't seem to suit the ring, unless it was a small local jeweler custom project.

This looks like one of those generic rings where the jeweler engraves an initial, or whatever the customer wants. In this case someone stuck a police symbol on it. Probably a one-off. I would assume post-war unless proven otherwise.
