Gau Arm Band

Hi All , I have been offered this arm band but i am not 100% sure on it. I have done a burn test on some loose thread and it seems ok not that this means it is genuine. The centre of the swaz is missing but you can see an indentation on it. Any advice appreciated and if genuine what would be a reasonable offer to make for it.

A definite fake. The embroidery is crude in comparison to an original period example. These have been popping up on the Forums recently. Compare this one to an original example and it is evident even to the untrained eye.
