Need help to identify insignia

All, Not sure what organization these are from but I couldn't locate them and I was hoping for some assistance. Came directly from a US 71st division veterans estate with other WWII German items. Thanks in advance.

My guess is SA, but not sure, not my area of collecting, either way nice tabs.

The collar tab looks to me to be from the RMBO, re: the Regional & District Manager rank without the 3 rank stars ( pips ).

The collar tabs on the left is RMBO and the strap on the right is from the "Einsatz Rosenberg" organization.

Thank you for the information. Are there any good references or internet sites to find out more about them? Is the "Einsatz Rosenberg"strap rare? It sounds like a small organization.

Mark Costa is correct on both accounts.
RMBO info. should be "easy "to find
But the Einsatz Rosenberg might not.
I had found a copy of a rank chart in a book , but it was so terrible ! eventually I had to redraw the whole thing .
interesting a G.I. was able to find these / bring back.

The best book that covers the RMBO and Einsatzstab Rosenberg is John Angolia's "In the Service of the Reich". It does contain some errors but overall it will give you a start in this area.

The tab on the left is the lowest rank of Regierungsassessor, at the highest level of the RMBO -- the Reichskommissariat. A Regierungsassessor was probably an office clerk in the one of the major departments. The color bright red denotes the Reichskommissariat level.

Very little is known about the Einsatzstab Rosenberg. The collar tab shown here is for th rank of Haupteinsatzfuhrer -- not sure how high of a rank that is but there were several ranks above it. The members of this organization seemed to be rather low ranking but it was very rare and both of these are quite nice for a collection.
