    looking for info. on N.P.E.A.schools

    Hello gents. would any one have the info. on the colors of the student shoulder boards for the JULY 1937 (?) Olive work uniform ?
    I read each school had it's own colors. it listed only 4
    1) Spanau = white
    2) Koslin =yellow
    3) Potsdam = bright red
    4) Ilfeld = black
    "......more than eleven colors were used....."

    Here is a scan of the text from Angolia's HJ regarding NPEA shoulder straps. The colored straps referenced resemble the cadet straps of the Imperial army I have been told by an NPEA collector. Ron Wieand has studied NPEA extensively and probably has more acurate information. Perhaps he will reply to this thread.

      Really thought there were more colors , since more schools....

        You are welcome. Keep in mind that Angolia's is not the end all be all source for this type of information, and his books do contain some errors and information is condensed or left out all together in some cases. Good luck with your project.
