Olympic medal 2nd class opinion pls.

I'm stuck with this one guys and need your help. I've done as much searching as I can and still not sure either way. The problem is the medal is in a frame and cannot be removed hence I can't get a photo of the back so I must determine the originality from the front only if thats possible.

There are two hairline cracks on the bottom right arm in the enamel. Would appreciate any opinions.

    Thanks.

    Regards,
    AB.

On mine the swastika is executed a bit better. RC

The framed one looks like it has glue residue behind the Olympic rings--does it, or is it just the reflection of the gold on the white enamel? If glue, that would be a problem.

            Thanks Erich,

Well spotted. I had a closer look and yes it is glue. Not a good sign. Also of all the 2nd classes I have viewed the swastika is thicker like Rick's.

It looks very good and if it is a repro which it's looking like at the moment then it's a great copy. Scary!

Would anyone else like to have an opinion?
