NSRL Armband w/Reichsbahnsports Stamp

Here's an unusual armband, was not able to find any in references or here on the forum. The inkstamp reads "Reichsbahnsportgemeinschaft Linz/W????".

It came in a vet lot of insignia. Anyone ever see one of these before?

Fascinating armbands. I presume they were for judges, organizers or other officials and possibly participants at sporting events. Is there any further info on these or illustrations, photos, etc showing them in use?
