    Since the Schlaraffia Bund was considered an undesirable masonic-type organization, the combination of NSDAP party badge and Schlaraffia medal would be extremely unlikely even if not a so obviously put-together piece.

      It is an organization with humor, they could laugh about themselves. And that is not Nazi-like. It is more like carnival.
