DAF Signature? - 1939

This is the online photo of an item I recently got and I am wondering if anyone knows who it may be? It's from an invitation for a technical cruise of the KdF ship Robert Ley from 1939. Thought is may be Dr. Ley, but not similar to his other signatures I've seen. Thanks!

It's definitely not Dr. Ley's signature.

Hi Eddie,

From the stationery, can you tell if there is a title or ship service rank associated with this signature? That might help someone to unscramble the Sütterlin handwriting.
