True or fake ?

It's not easy to judge these from photos, but this one looks okay to me. Details are clear, finish is not too bright or shiny, solder looks old.

The eagle was not introduced for the SA before 1931. It was ordered to be worn by Hitler on April 9th. This type was by the SA in use until 1937, as when Lutze introduced the new type of eagle with longer wings on June 28th
(see volume 4: Headgear of Hitler's Germany, page 258 and 264).

A nice piece but it seems that it is unmarked?
More unusually, the prongs are soldered at the far ends which I have not come across before.

Can you confirm if there are any markings?
