I think you must find all these men in Bayern as I see;

The SA-Gruppenführer is Karl Schreyer who was Abteilungsführer der OSAF

In one line I see Adolf Wagner and right Helfer (Wilhelm) who's Führer der Gruppe Hochland.

Below Adolf Wagner, König who's attached to Brigade 86 as Standartenführer.

Below König on the left is (Haas Willy) who was the Adjutant der Obergruppe VII (München).

The signature at the top looks very familair. I hope to find soon.
