I have no time to find out what organization used what lanyard,
but they are not for NSFK (lighter blue) nor Werkschar/DAF (darker blue).
Why: the NSFK used a lanyard, being 30 cm long from grey-blue material, interwoven with aluminum. This is mentioned in "Bestimmungen über die Bekleidung des NSFK" from September 3, 1937;
Werkscharen used lanyards in the color for their level. Orts-level used a lanyard in light-blue, with was silver interwoven. As such mentioned in "Amtliches Nachrichtenblatt der DAF" from April 21, 1937 (order 8/37).Comment
