Collar tabs

I have these collar tabs and wondered if they are original or fake??
If they are original, any ideas of which branch, rank etc.

Whatever they are, they're not SA tabs although it looks like someone added the number and pip to make them look as such.

just my opinion, no good. the burlap bag backing looks wrong & the felt looks more of a modern type found in craft stores. pull a few fibers off & burn = smells like plastic no good. smells like burning hair might be good.
no clue off hand what they are "suppose to be ". odd color mix. jeff

My own opinion is that they are suppose to be Luftwaffe Field Division collar tabs where someone put a number through one tab and a rank pip through the other. I’m not expert but I do not think they’re original either.
