This is on the internet - militaria321.com. I don't like it. What do you gentlemen think?

Wrong pips? Not political
Is the Buckram backing correct?

This tab is from the 4th pattern series of PL tabs (1939-1945). It represents the position of "Ober-Einsatzleiter" (Senior Detachment Leader). The format is correct except the stripe should be GOLD in color, and the pips should be much smaller, and have the Political Leader eagle in the center. The backing certainly is unusual. Stranger things have happened, I don't like it either.
