Enamel Sign

I wonder if there is any way of deducing the authenticity of this sign. Any comments from the experts? I don't think I like the green stamp on the back. It looks too fresh to me when compared to the area surrounding.

M3/50 is the well known C. Robert Dold firm located at Ortenberg. They used different colors for their mark. So it could be a good one.
