I doubt it too--look at that wool on the top. Can you post pics with the sweatband up? Does it have an RZM tag?

I think it's a re-created hat also. The velvet band shouldn't have so much vertical wrinkling for a cap with a relatively clean interior and it looks like it's not woven tightly enough. The white wool top doesn't have the normal texture you'd expect to see, either. Very nicely made, though, by someone with talent/experience I would say.
